Yes! Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off is included in all our tours and safari packages for hotels located in Dubai. We pick you up from your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?+
Yes, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Rescheduling is always free with at least 24 hours notice. Contact us via WhatsApp to make changes.
Are your tours suitable for children?+
Absolutely! Most of our experiences are family-friendly. Children under 5 are free, and we offer reduced rates for children aged 5–12. The dhow cruise and city tour are particularly popular with families.
What should I wear for the desert safari?+
Comfortable casual clothing is perfect. We recommend closed-toe shoes or sandals, light layers (desert evenings can be cool), and bringing sunscreen for afternoon departures. Avoid formal wear.
Do you offer vegetarian or halal food options?+
Yes! All our food is halal. We offer full vegetarian and vegan menus on request. Please mention dietary requirements when booking so our team can ensure a perfect meal for you.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred date. During peak season (October–April), we suggest booking 3–5 days ahead. Last-minute bookings are also accepted subject to availability.

Our team is multilingual! We have guides and staff fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, and several other languages. Let us know your preference when booking.
How do I pay for my booking?+
We accept cash (AED, USD, EUR, GBP), all major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is typically collected on the day of your experience. For large group bookings, a deposit may be required.
